I wonder how Michael managed that. I know some say the doctor did it, but I don't think so, far too great a risk to his reputation considering how many survived. If enough low-level mental patients are saying the same thing, people might believe it, so I don't think he would. Maybe he enabled Michael with a weapon or something

I mean how the hell else does the doctor get to accompany the lieutenant without explaining to the authorities what happened on the bus first?
