The annoying journalists in the beginning
Anybody else cheer when Mikey snuffed them?
shareI was actually surprised they were dispatched so quickly. I see no reason they were even included in the script.
shareRight. Renders the pre-credit sequence pointless.
shareI see no reason they were even included in the script.
Yep. It seems many young ones that age feel entitled to know everything
shareI watched the first 40 minutes of the new Halloween last night and not bad for a "reboot" sequel.
yeah I couldnt stand the cocky young podcast journalists or whatever they were. Stirring up trouble anyway where they had to bring a nastly 40 year old mask to agitate Myers which they only made the other inmates go crazy.
Plus the podcast journalists were basically barging in at Laurie's place trying to force her to meet Myers at Smiths Grove for what?
I will never understand why they would let that guy bring out the mask at the asylum.
shareReal crime and serial killer shows are some of the most consumed content on TV, there is a station dedicated to it called ID. Is it that surprising a couple journalists are trying to be the first to get an infamous serial killer to speak on tape after 40 years of silence. It would be more realistic if there was a line of journalists and TV correspondents waiting to see Myers at that asylum.
shareIn what world? Yours, maybe in your dreams.
I dont watch any real crime shows on tv if they even are on. Even on Netflix I dont watch true crime crap
Just because you don't watch true crime television doesn't mean a lot of other people don't. Netflix is producing so much of it that a parody show called American Vandal was released to instant praise. Making a Murderer, The Staircase, Dateline NBC and 48 Hours all have huge numbers, its not in my dreams its just a reality your ignorant little brain won't acknowledge.
shareMan, work on reading comprehension. Just because you don't watch True Crime stuff doesn't mean other people don;t.
shareI know a lot of people, including my wife, who watch true crime stuff all the time. That stuff wouldn't be on tv if it didn't make the stations broadcasting it a lot of money, and it wouldn't make a lot of money if people weren't watching it.
shareagree - I really like these shows. I enjoy "Forensic Files" very much, however, I start to get very uncomfortable after watching three or four in a row.
