How do they get around this fact? Or do they even try?

His mask has aged, has wrinkles and body is heavier. He had some grey hairs sans the mask. The part that wasn't believable was Grandma Strode was a good shot, but we hardly see any shotgun blasts or gunshots to Myers. I wanted to see him take a shot to the head, put holes in the mask and to see some blood. He seemed human even if a psychopath as a boy. If he's human, then he can be hurt. We don't know if he has supernatural recuperative powers or is an actual bogeyman who cannot be injured. Even after all these movie sequels, they haven't explained which makes his story ridiculous.
