I know he lately kinda moved on to movies.
I know his show is hard to make n would take all his time.
I know he was wanking in front of a few women (after asking them for permission) so he should be stoned to death.
But
it's been long enough of a punishment (for him and his fans), enough is enough, justice needs to be fair and leave a way to redeem yourself and start over.
It's time to go back to Louie for a 6th season now.

shareThe article, written right after season 5, clearly implies it's a temporary break, like it happened before, and it's a publicity job. It's just there to give LCK some press, like the video (which says nothing on the matter) demonstrates.
Titling it ilke this just attracts more attention.
The meaning is: LCK is a great comedian, his show "might be" finished (so don't miss it), he wants to do other stuff at this moment (so check that out too).
Louie is obviously NOT finished, and it is momentarily so because LCK got metooed over nothing very relevant.
I say, he has done his time, he should come back now.
While I think he was unfairly canceled, I don't think this show needs to come back.
The first 3 seasons were great, but after that he seemed to just get more and more up his own ass and this show became downright pretentious during the fourth season. The 5th season was better, but still not as good as the first three. I'd rather seem him do something else.
Also, I can't see network like FX working with him again.
The show was stopped abruptly and not accordingly to the intentions of the creators.
I found it great for 5 seasons, certainly it never felt tired or in decline.
With the unbearable amount off shit churned out on tv nowadays, Louie 6th season would be a blessing and stand out for its superior quality.
