Is there any truth to the rumour that Yvonne Strahovski (The Model) is in line to play Captain Marvel?

After seeing it again my favorite is Kate Gilligan the Anchorwoman from Season 1, ep12. The dream sequence before he decides to get fit with Bobby Cannavale, with disastrous results.

Then Ricky Gervais calls him a big sweaty ginger sack of *beep*
