Some lady brought her 5 year old to this flick

There was a mother that brought 3 little kids (That looked around 5 or 7) To the Hangover Part II
shareRIDICULOUS!
shareKids that age don't even know what a hangover is. Why in God's name would she bring kids that small to a movie like that? The Hangover Part 2 has NOTHING in it that is child appropriate. Shame on her!

Awesome parenting.....nice to see people have lost perspective......why not full on porn come on...all it does is destroy their innocence..how is that gonna affect them..its not like its violence? ....
HEY RETARDS ITS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR KIDS!!!!!! Period..I'm a dad!
If you dont get that you are just as twisted and stupid as the other abusers out there!
I was surprised by the content and my son is an 8th grader . He IS old enough to understand and a few parts were uncomfortable. I would never have guessed by the actors and plot, typical switch bodies movie, that this would have some of the content it did.
shareWell, then, Lucky777s, she was no “lady”! (she was “a woman” – BIG difference). FAR more importantly, she is an unfit mother – or mentally challenged. After all, who doesn’t have SOME idea of the subject matter of a film or how it will be handled before going to the theatre with your child???
shareI can beat that. Two dumbass parents brought their two pre-teen kids to Bad Santa! The movie was hilarious but don't think it's meant for 11-year-olds...
shareI would be willing to bet that the pre-teens have heard worse in the halls at school.
"You're not gonna $h*t right for a week!"
That's not the point, Lucky777s! OF COURSE kids have heard worse in the halls. The point is HOW they knew those words in the first place. Either from their parents or in seeing inappropriate material NOT MEANT FOR KIDS!!! I'm embarassed to bring this up, but it's the only way for me to explain my past arguments: When I was six years old, I found my parents' porn stash; I was looking for snack cakes and my idiot parents put them in the same place as the porn (on top of the entertainment center). I thought what I was looking at (Two naked women with their tongues touching) was disgusting and I didn't know why anybody would want to look at that. I never told anybody what I saw nor was I ever caught, but it affected me in the way that looking at sex, either in print or on video, disgusts me. If adults want to look at stuff like that, fine. But I'm very adamant about children seeing nudity and sexual acts before a certain age because of my personal experience.
shareUnbelievable. You take a little kid to see a movie like this, and before you know it, they'll be pimping out their neighbors/turning tricks/both and robbing banks to support their heroin addiction.
Then when they're being put to death at the age of twelve for gunning down nineteen people in a shopping mall, you'll ask yourself "WHY? WHY DID I LET MY KID SEE A FILM WITH A LITTLE NUDITY IN IT? WHY GOD WHY?" But it'll be too late by then, and probably too late for your other children, because you wouldn't have learned your lesson in time.
Serves you right.
Ok everybody calm down. First off, I'm 19 and I thought the movie was hilarious, ya ya call me another immature wasted youth whatever but listen. Some of you people are taking this way too far, I saw "The Exorcist" when I was five years old, and I've seen many things better and worse since then. My parents weren't overly paranoid but they didn't let me do whatever I wanted either. Saying that watching a movie like "The Change Up" will turn kids into, prostitutes/heroin addicts/murderers is just too ridiculous to stand. Other people have said it already but I'll say it again; Letting your children watch R rated movies will not, I repeat will NOT, change your child's life in any way (and besides they are probably watching these movies sneakily at a friends house, that's what kids do) and if it does it will be for the better because stuff like that matures you at a younger age. It doesn't make you think, "Hmm, you know, Jason stabs people. Maybe I should too!" If your kid thinks like that, HE has a problem, it has nothing to do with the movie. And give me a break, nudity will not turn your child into a sex maniac/rapist. Why must you all be so cynical? Has everyone forgotten the most important thing; IT'S A MOVIE. I was 2 and I knew that everything on TV was fake. But don't ruin your children's lives because your too paranoid of a parent to let them have any fun, and yes, R rated movies are fun.
shareI agree completely rated R movies are fun and will not make your children crazy. I also disagree with the people who are saying taking your child to see these movies is child abuse like really give it a break.
Did the child enjoy it?
I don't think there's anything wrong with this film. Not much sex scenes. Was there swearing? Can't remember.
Anyway my point is, i wouldn't take my 5yr old to watch it because they will be bored.
