I totally agree with Frailty03. "ohh Hewen knows the owner!!!! " is the best line and the funniest thing in the movie!
And the expression on Rose Byrnes face when she says it is PRICELESS!

@solo: That IS so damn funny. She actually threw the grass in the fountain first, then just splashed out the chocolate when she couldn't push it over.

It is not a line, but the little "oo oo oo" gagging she does after knocking back the Scotch, that Helen gave her on the plane, to give a kick to the tranqs Helen gave Annie just before.
Scotch is disgusting, and the very worst thing to do in that circumstance! But Helen knew that!
The whole exchange between her and the teenage girl in the shop, you know... the one that ended with "You're a little *beep*
