My take on the trailer as well. I'm a firm believer that the crammed three movies in one movie can work. But they always try to juggle all the balls at once. Instead, it should be made like trilogy of tv episodes. Three 45 minute stories presented back to back with connective tissue. The comic medium is uniquely suited to this style of story presentation. But they always wanted to build everything to that one big epic conclusion. That's a mistake.
Imagine if in Spider-Man 3, you never saw sandman after his first defeat and all the MJ & Harry drama was wrapped up before the final act of the film. Suddenly, you have a lot of room for a Spider-Man vs Venom story. But they wanna do it all at once.
