surprised no one has mentioned Braindead (or dead alive as its known in America).. its more of a gross out horror comedy but in terms of horror comedies its absolutely hilarious! watch it :P

What We Do in the Shadows is a New Zealand mockumentary about four vampire roommates that's absolutely hilarious. I also second Idle Hands, Shaun of the Dead, and I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Ghostbusters, as it was the original horror-comedy.

Came to say just that. What we do in the shadows is one of my all time favorite horror comedies. Watched it at least five times since first seeing it a year ago. "Would you like some psghetti"
