shareHell Baby is fantastic
shareI second Hell Baby. I had no intention of seeing it, but it was on satellite, so I gave it a chance and liked it a lot.
I'd also add Hatchet 1-3 (#2 is a bit more serious in tone) and Idle Hands, if you haven't seen them.
I think I saw Idle Hands, thought I cant remember exactly. I saw another movie with the same theme, I remember a man on a car his hand had been cut and it was on a killing rampage. Do you happen to know which film this was?
shareI'm pretty sure you're thinking of Idle Hands.
He (Devon Sawa) cuts his hand off after it becomes possessed by a serial killer, and it goes to the high school Halloween dance to wreak havoc.
I have two more reconmmendations for you: The Cabining (2014) and Housebound (2014). They are both great.
Gonna def check them out. Thank you a lot. I have been looking for films like these for so long I cant even recall, the same goes for horror films. It seems they dont make so much on these genres.
shareYou're welcome :)
I agree. Horror-comedies, horror, and good films in general are getting harder to find. Thankfully, more higher quality microbudget and independent horror films are being recently. You can really find some gems among them.
It may sound silly, but I look up the list of horror movies made for each year on Wikipedia. If I see any I haven't heard of, I'll look into them. It's at least a good starting point.
You could start here, and then work your way back by year:

Wow, thanks... I just saw Housebound and thought it was a pretty decent film. Any others recommendations on horror films? Hope you dont mind me asking haha.
shareIf your looking for not well known horror comedies Idle hands is good I haven't heard of hell baby. Dog soldiers is a great horror comedy the trailer is awful but it's one of the funniest movies I've seen, the British accents may be hard to understand for Americans. It's about a small group of British soldiers training in Scotland when they're attacked by werewolves.
"Going off big time" is hilarious but I may be biased as it's set in my city, it's a gangster comedy. Other comedies not well known "mean machine" like longest yard but with football. "Four lions" is good as well about a group of suicide bombers looking for something to blow up in London.
I finally found the movie I was talking you about. Its called Quicksilver Highway and its a tv movie. So bad, but it made me scare when I was little haha. Take care.

Someone on here already mentioned Dog Soldiers (British Soldiers vs Werewolves), but an under watched and almost unknown favorite of mine is Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon.
Great comedy/mockumentery/slasher film.
