I'm not a biologist, but how can a reptile and a mammal even mate? Isn't that biologically impossible?

You know, in the other film they were fighting against each other. That's when I knew for certain that they'd end up together.

Titans of different species can mate with each other and produce offspring. Most people know this
I heard Godzilla is an afterthought in this & it's mostly Kong's movie.
