And the only way this movie can be remotely saved after 3 reshoots and a budget of now almost $400 Million, that it has to have Banner HULK fighting RED HULK and I've come up with scenarios for this to happen and it works, but damn if Disney won't hose this up

They won't do it, but imagine if they could keep it under wraps, and on opening night you see Red Hulk fire Cap's shield back at him, and suddenly a giant green hand reaches out and stops it in mid-air. The theater would go bonkers.

The film could have been super woke and they decided to get rid of those ideas because it's now hated by many people.
Other than that, having an action film with superbeings ought to be pretty easy to make.
