No one but Rogers deserves the Capt. America name.

Oh, wait. American Eagle is the name of a Navajo superhero from Marvel: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Eagle_(Marvel_Comics)

So we can’t “appropriate” that title.

So what the hell do we call Falcon now?

He already has a great name. Just put the stars and stripes uniform on him. What's he even the Captain of, anyhow? Don't make no damn sense! I'm even fine with calling the movie Captain America. Just don't call him Captain America. It's the continuation of a legacy. We all get it.
