Could the Engineer have given Weyland what he wanted

If Weyland had some how persuaded the Engineer to give him what he wanted, do you guys think the Engineer had the capability to restore him to his a youth?

Probably not. Obviously the engineers motives and beliefs are unclear but it seemed they believed in sacrifice to create new life, not preserve it or work towards immortality.

There's no evidence they can reverse aging. We even see an old Engineer or 2 in the opening scene. Extend his life, maybe - but hell, he could do that with hyper sleep - but flat out reverse aging? Nah.
