How about a biopic on 'Traci Lords' now?
Traci Lords is only a slightly more believable as a "victim of porn" than Lovelace since she was underage. But it was SHE not the porn industry who falsified her identification, yet it was a lot of THEM not her who went to jail for "distributing child pornography", so the victim-hood is questionable to say the least.
I'm sure such a movie would be as preachy, sanctimonious and outright untrue as this, but it would actually stir up some REAL controversy because they'd either use an actual underage actress, which would outrage a bunch of people even though there would obviously be no nudity--or much more likely, they'd use an over-18 actress with some amount of nudity, which will be equally outrageous because most Americans can't separate reality and fiction when it comes to S-E-X (so an adult actress doing nudity while playing a 16 or 17-year-old porn star, who actually looked like she was about 25, is practically tantamount to child pornography).
This movie was not only boring and very dishonest, but worse, it didn't even wad anyone's panties up too much. So bring on the "Traci Lords Story".
