Who Did You Prefer as Uhura: Zoe Saldana or Nichelle Nichols?

Hands down, Nichelle Nichols. Saldana was a bad choice.

I'm from Nichelle's era, but you had to update Uhura! Mon Dieu, they were starting to use body doubles near the end of her tenure! ;-/

I prefer Nichelle Nichols, but I like the character of Uhura in the movies better. She is much more of an officer and less the bridge switch board operator.

I really could do without the Spock/Uhura rom-com interludes however.
