How do you guys think it traslated?
Personally I thought they did a good job of hitting most of the high notes. And as much as I would have liked it to still been set in the 50s the change suites the taget audience much better.
I'm generally an originalist, so I still wish the kids portion could have taken place in the 50's, but for the most part I think it was a good movie with some interesting concepts, beautiful cinematography, and I liked the version of Pennywise, though I was he'd have appeared in clown form a bit more then he did.
