No I think Elijah Wood should be Stan! As far as Jonah hill don't think he is lean enough. In the novel Ben as an adult is very lean and lanky.
shareElijah Wood could be good for Eddie too, because Eddie is short as a kid. Don't know how the book describes him as an adult. But facially, Elijah looks like the Richie actor.
Also, Hiddleston is a VERY close match facially to the Stan actor.
Have you ever seen the original psycho movie? Anyway Eddie as an adult in the book is described as looking like Anthony Perkins. I know that Seth green does the comedy stuff and played young Richie but I could actually see Seth as adult Eddie if he died his hair. He is small and although I might not say he looks like Anthony Perkins I think he has the features close enough. When he has no facial hair.

shareBet alot of big names (in late 30s/early 40s range) will be desperately trying to get in on part 2 due to the huge success, so big names as all the grown up kids in IT2 wouldn't surprise me e.g. the likes of Gosling, Reynolds, Gyllanhaal, Franco, Levitt, Frodo, Bale, the Chris's (Pine/Pratt/Evans/Hems), Amy Adams (or Howard/Chastain), Hiddleston or Cumberbatch etc. and the likes of Dano, Rockwell etc gotta be in there somewhere too
Basically any of that bunch (and more) who aren't already booked to do other movies at the same time IT2 will be filming will be fighting it out to be in a guaranteed blockbuster that dosnt involve wearing a cape

Interesting list. I just recently saw this movie for the first time. I'm still thinking about who I'd cast.
I did think that the kid's picks were interesting though.
