really? no one else thought this film was great?

i really enjoyed this movie and i thought that the acting was wonderful!! regardless of whether you liked the subject matter, you have to at least agree the acting was good.

also, the only horror scene i noticed was the Audition one. now i'm going to look up what others gave them inspiration. :D <---horror/gore fan!

You people have to be kidding, right? Did I watch the same movie as you all? The acting in this movie is atrocious. The bullies were just sitting around chained up in the house, not screaming or crying or anything. And the dialogue was very unbelievable. The movie was bad, and not in a fun campy way...just BAD.

I agree with you, it was a total piece of *beep* Just *beep* atrocious on every level. I fell asleep for about fifteen minutes, it was horrid and boring as hell.

Oh, I was very pleasantly surprised. Interesting cast, these were talented actors, some very attractive, others strong "character" types. I mean, this was a cut above, the film looked good, lighting was good, audio was very good. It was a HORROR film so I expected to see things that were unpleasant. Hard to say they were scary, though, because the kids were cute. Strange story, but I guess someone had a score to settle, as we said in the old daze. Better go give this one a "7".

i thought the premise was very good, but the acting i thought was pretty terrible, the outcasts were fine, had no problems with their acting, but some of the bullies were terrible,...the "finger" scene...the chick was crying, but her pain wasnt at all believable, not to mention the serious lack of blood,...the other main bully's crying was terribly bad,...not one of them were talented enough to shed a tear on que, the one thing that annoyed me was NONE of them looked young enough to be in high school, they all looked well into their 20's, the blonde bimbo looked about 30 years old!, it wasn't a terrible movie overall, but i think it's IMBD score was right on the mark at around 5 out of 10,...great premise, writing wasn't bad, but like i said, some of the actors performances left a lot to be desired. ive seen plenty other torture based horror movies where the pain and suffering was far better!, Hostel for example,..when those characters were being tortured it was far more believable, cause their was blood, tears and sweat,....i have a feeling this was a pretty low budget movie though, so a certain amount of slack can be given to them. im glad i watched it though, just thought the bullies were better at acting like bullies and not so good acting like victims.

how can you honestly say the acting was good? it was so noticeably bad. i've probably never seen worst acting in a movie before. well maybe... but still it was horrific

reply

maybe i shouldn't comment since i haven't seen it but last night someone in my home watched it, i could hear it perfectly from the other room, though, and the acting sounded absolutely horrible!

reply

I think it's one of the most important films of the last 20 years.

reply

Agreed and it should be screened in high schools.
