Iron Man 3 got a 79%...

And Iron Man 2 got a 72%.

And this got a 26%.

Something is foul in the state of Rotten Tomatoes.

(Shakespeare reference, good right)

This movie had its issues, but a 26% is crazy.

And yes I loved the first Iron Man, but the sequels were God awful.

I'm embarrassed I paid money for the third one.

Spoilers and all but they build up Ben Kinglsey as the villain
and instead he is a drunken actor doing a silly accent.
That might have seemed funny when they were writing it, but in my theater that bit completely died.

I think I heard crickets.

And the villain is Guy Pierce who hates Iron Man because Iron Man said he would meet him after a party and then didn't. That's why he became evil, really.

And yet it still got a 79%.

Somebody is getting paid off.

Sadly Warner Bros dosen't have the kind of money, Disney does.

No those are actually just better movies.

When DC Tards like you realize that Thor 2 and Iron Man 2 are actually pretty good, and that MOS and BVS are actually really bad, then you'll understand.

I can't say that BvS and Suicide Squad were good movies, but I don't hate them. But, being a long-time Marvel comic book fan, die-hard Iron Man fan in particular, I can honestly say that Iron Man sequels are unwatchable cringefests. I find it very funny when MCU apologists like you are defending Iron Man 2 and 3, which are hated by many people and considered some of the weakest movies that MCU has ever done.

Man of Steel is definitely better than Iron Man 2 and Incredible Hulk. The score alone is better-made than both of those movies.

I think MoS is about equal with IM2. I think Incredible Hulk is measurably better than both.

MoS does have the best score though.

any true iron man fan would know that iron man 3 is a pig pile of *beep* that is an insult to the source material, while thor the dark turd is one of the worst comic book movies ever made. also, superman returns, ghostbusters 2016, kingdom of the crystal skull as well as the avengers got good reviews, so what's your point?

Not even close.

Thor 2 is actually pretty solid.

If you're going to sit there and pretend it's Catwoman, then you're an idiot.

It's a fun film, well acted, well made, and there is nothing inherently wrong with it.

fun film? give me a break its absolutely dull, poorly acted and poorly made.nothing inherently wrong with it? wow, now i know you are a biased mcutard. thor the dark crap is as bad as green lantern. people only excuse it because it has loki and is a part of a cinematic universe. the visuals are boring, the action is dull, the characters are cardboard cutouts, and the writing is terrible.its as bad as green lantern. worst mcu movie by a mile

Unwatchable? That's a massive exaggeration.

Iron Man 2 is well made and fun. It's one of the most fun films in the series and I defy to point out anything that is actually wrong with it.

Why wouldn't I defend it? A weak MCU film is still pretty strong.

Its mostly due to the technicals of the movie. Critics will give pointa for acting and quality of the characters if the was at least edited correctly.

This is why critics gave better reviews to MoS than BvS.

If suicide squad waant such a mess editing wise, they would have better critic reviews.

The disconnect between crtics and movies giers ia that good acting/characters can compensate more with them.

IM2 and IM3 aren't great films by any means, but they do have redeeming features.

SS failed at action, dialogue, CGI, pacing, editing and comedy. Things that the Iron Man films excelled at to varying levels of success.

There's nothing fishy going on at Rotten Tomatoes HQ. Suicide Squad just happens to be a cinematic miscarriage.

Can someone help me understand something? The CW DC shows are rated fresh on RT along with the Dark Knight trilogy and Superman returns. Yet people are saying RT is biased towards Marvel?

Is this imaginary bias against MCU films? Because not one single MCU film has been hated by the general audience. If you dont include RT you will see the general audience dislikes the dceu themselves.

Those are both pretty bad films, I'll save my judgement on X-Men until I've seen it again, but why anyone takes any notice of RT, or even just critics in general, is beyond me. 'Rotten' or 'Fresh' is utterly meaningless to your own opinion, and outside of it being mentioned a lot on this site I really don't think anyone, or at least many people, outside of those who really love films are all that aware of it, let alone use it.
