For why most of the talent, including Edgar Wright and even Joss Wheadon, is headed to DC.

It's because DC cares about film quality and innovation for the business on top of the money. Disney just wants a monopoly.

Christian Bale visited sick kids. Atheist Bale didn't.

You have a great conspiracy theory. To bad it is just that. A conspiracy theory with no actual proof. Just your opinion. For your information, it isn't about DC VS Marvel on why so many people didn't like it. It was that it was a terribly made movie. That simple.
