Good catch. In that profile picture he definitely does and if he is any good at impressions he would be smart to start a Rodney one. With all the biopics being done a Rodney Dangerfield one would be great, it could start at Fraser's age currently because of how old Rodney was when he came onto the scene.

I always thought he looked like him, even when he was in his prime with chiseled body in that George from the Jungle movie.

And more so when he got older and let himself go.
