In the game there was supposed to be an attempted rape scene but the developers were raked over coals for it and removed it. I guess the movie stayed far away from the subject.
However when Lara escapes the camp and is discovered by the black shirt wearing dude who claims he is going to take her back to the camp, you could see the struggle as sexually related if you wanted to.
