I am forever grateful to this film for introducing me to a band called the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. After this song played, my heart ignited then exploded like a BOMB! I stopped the movie, found the song, played it 5 times in a row, and then binged two of their albums (It's Blitz and Cool It Down). It's been decades since I've heard a band with such full body sound and presence. What a gift for the soul!

You learned them about in 2025? They’ve been around for a while. I remember the song “Maps” (their biggest hit) in 2003 or so. They’re one of the greatest bands. I saw them live in DC at the Anthem in 2023

Yeah it's crazy that somehow I missed them. The band members are GenX just like me! Not only are we the same age, two of them went to college 1 hour from my home town! Small world!
Just devoured another album (Mosquito). I'm on track to catch up on their entire discography in under 48 hours!
