What a load of BS!!

Alaska was not better than Katya and Roxxxy should have gone home. How many times does that bitch get to be in the bottom before people realize, "Hey, maybe she's just not that great"?

I do not have attention deficit disor...Ooh, look at the bunny! 

Yea it's just getting messy. I think Katya did to a great job and I thought she won. And Roxxxy, I like her and she is gorgeous but I think this is her stop. She hasn't don't that well and even she realizes that if she doesn't do well, she should go. I don't hate Alaska but I'm just starting to feel like she is very overrated. She is funny yes, but what else have we've seen that is amazing or even surprising? Detox... a talking trash can.. ok.

Someone pointed out that Tati on Twitter posted something to the effect of "A white rhinestone halter top.. ok" lol... It's funny that no is is talking about how Alaska kind of belittled Roxxxy a bit as well while explaining her decision. Basically saying Tati is amazing and Roxy let her borrow that shirt.

I love them both.

But I agree that Alaska's performance just wasn't there for me--it was too goofy and it was a rehash of all the moves she's pulled out for the competition already--the thrusting arms and hip thing, the death roll with the heel in the air.

Two theories--Katya's out fit change--it was frumpy, not really rock n' roll (and not necessary since the clothes she had on seemed like they would be fine to dance in).

Or--and this is one I've had since her season--Katya is too weird to win the competition overall--her drag/personality aren't as accessible as other queens and she's not as versatile as others--in this case Alaska. Alaska is strange and obscene, but she puts herself together well. That's not all she is. Katya on the other hand can't seem to turn off her strangeness, where she can only appeal to a smaller set of fans.

Again, I love Katya, I love Alaska, but I this competition seems heavily slanted away from Katya.

I never thought of it that way but I think you are right about Katya. Katya is my favorite but the way you put it I can see where she can't "turn off" her quirkiness. I personally don't think it's a bad thing, like that's HER, it's who she is and she shouldn't have to change seeing that she does have many fans regardless. BUT I can see as a whole and as a Drag Race Superstar how that is not a good thing. You do notice that many of the Winners although do stick with their personalities, have shown that they can also do things seriously or different/show a different side of them. Whereas Katya, we haven't seen that.

Alaska, I love her too but I think the way the show is spotlighting her is making me lose interest in her. For me at this point, everything she does is predictable. We see that she is funny and charming, of course, but what else is in her that can surprise us? I think we have seen all of Alaska, right? At this point we are waiting for the finale lol
