You OBVIOUSLY don't get it. You're not supposed to understand what they're saying because you're supposed to be as confused as characters. There would be no twist ending if there had been subtitles. Just watched this streaming on Netflix and was pleasantly surprised. Then I get on here and Netflix and see a bunch of *beep* complaining about not being able to understand the Polish. Maybe you should stick with Jennifer Aniston movies or other blockbuster types that don't require the use of any brain cells. I'm surprised you didn't appreciate having to read words on the screen.

I agree with the OP. By the way my wife who is a Roman Catholic noticed the "cultists" raise their heads as if to heaven in prayer, and remarked "the makers of this film do not realize they are facing the wrong direction for their demonic ceremony". Only after the reveal, she who normally can see ahead of a plot twist saw she was fooled. No one would have been tricked if there were subtitles.

An underrated horror flick. The director attempts to immerse you into the character's mind, which a difficult task to do.
