Plotholes (spoilers)

Season 1:
Family Hotel Accommodations -
It made no sense for a rich couple and three teenagers to be in a one bedroom hotel suite.

Season 2:
Tanya -
1. She's worth $500 million and has no bodyguard.
2. She has no employees (money manager, lawyers, housekeeper, personal chef, chauffeur, etc.) whom she could phone in an emergency to tell them to alert police. She's a VIP American, the police would be swarming the yacht to avoid an international incident. The ditzy assistant doesn't count and I doubt if she would've been hired.
3. She didn't hire a detective to track her husband. No background check before marrying him.
4. The ditzy assistant doesn't contact the hotel to see if Tanya's ok and have them alert the police.
5. Tanya's ditzy assistant galavanting off with guys she just met instead of working. She should have stayed on the yacht.

BTW, her whining about not getting a chance to enjoy Italy when she's not on vacation, but supposed to be working. Not a pothole, but an annoyance.

I hope it was supposed to be a joke that the assistant found it ever so terrible that she has a job to follow around a rich lady to extravagant locations.

reply

Yep, right on the money.

Add to it how Tanya actually dies. Some awful action scenes one after the other.
First she drops her cell in the water like a retard.
Then she kills 3 guys like John MacLane.
Then, once the yacht is clear, instead of calling for help she decides to get in the dinghy. How does she try that?
Not by climbing down the ladder RIGHT BEHIND HER. No, she prefers to dive down from 5 meters.
And doing that, she kills herself istantly.
Unwatchable!
What kind of awful writing and directing was that?

reply

1. Rich people stay rich by being cheap. Another theory is that this was Nicole's excuse to not have sex with her husband.

reply

You thought about it more than the writers did.
