Stereotypical, predictable and by-the-numbers
= Boring rip-off of the much superior Exorcist.
And that hilariously OTT third act?
I disagree. I think it was good. Crowe’s character was charming, and the plot moved ok.
The issues are:
1). I don’t really know what the story is with that one old priest who suddenly collapsed and had to go the a hospital and stuff
2). I don’t know what was the point of the anti-excorcism young person who left at the end (and got replaced by the black guy)
