Who was Stacee Jaxx supposed to be?

I mean, I figured he was a fictional character but i imagine they based the character off a singer or singers from the 70s and 80s rock bands. My first guess would be Axl Rose among others. Maybe some Van Halen, Ozzy thrown into the mix too. Thoughts?

Any mediocre heavy metal lead singer from the 80s who thought he was better than his band mates so he could start a solo career. Axl, Sebastian Bach, Brett Michaels...
