I think it would be a better ending if at the end of the movie the girl, before getting into her car, sees the neighbor's cat approaching (Mr Fonda's cat), the cat is obviously wounded, so she's going to help it, pet it or whatever and the cat's eyes become demonic and it attacks the girl.

shareMy main problem with the movie is how in the hell did the woman not hear the blood curdling screams, shotgun blasts, complete destruction of the stairs in the building, the chainsaw ripping apart flesh , and the bodies going through the grinder? You have to at least feeling the massive vibrations from the crumpling of the stairs even if you had earplugs on and were asleep.
