The last scene of Episode 2 disturbed me.
Are the police officers even real? They were "positive" that he was an adult without checking his birth date. Honestly, I felt bad for the neighbor that she couldn't save Asian boy.

The ladies recognized Konerak from seeing him on the streets and knew that he was a child. He was 14.
Those cops should be in prison right now. They could have at the very least called an ambulance for him.

That may be very likely. At the time when it was on the news they did say the area was a known high crime area and police rarely responded to anything there. Still though, they also interviewed the ladies and they even said they told the officers Konerak "was just a little kid and that ain't right" and the police officers just dismissed them.
"Those cops should be in prison right now."
Sadly, they kept their jobs and one of them eventually retired. Just awful. They should have been fired at the VERY least. But really, they deserved some jail time for causing his death.
I also think the neighbor being "black" is another reason why the cops let him go.
