Better, actually, than IM2. Robert Downy Jr. keeps the character interesting, and that's saying a lot, since Ironman has been in three and a half movies (if you count "Avengers").

The reason is why al the Avengers don't start appearing in every film. Intimate is good sometimes.

IM2 gets a bad rap. The movie's story is so crisp and wonderful that we can and should look past the dull action.

Even the weakest film in this trilogy is better than the strongest in others.

Is Spider-Man Homecoming going to count as MCU? If not, 16 for 16 is a certainty with GOTG 2 and Thor Ragnorok.
