You cant continue a series by replacing Elizabeth with Penélope Cruz...

If you are going to continue a series, and need to replace an character that looks like Elizabeth, with a personality like her, you dont trade it for Penélope Cruz.

Seriously. The equation of the movie was perfect. Jack Sparrow, Will and Elizabeth - THATS the movie right there.

If you have to change it, get actors that resembles them.

How can people work in the industry and still not figure this out? *beep* Idiots.............

You didn't get the damn story, didn't you? They all disappeared except Jack Sparrow which is the main character. And this Pirates of the Caribbean is pretty much based on the Spanish, that's why they picked her, MAITE!

This was a fun movie... both Will and Liz were not missed (in my eyes, their story has been closed).

Yes, you can. I wanted to strangle Elizabeth by the end of the 3rd film. i was really glad to see a movie without her and Will in it. Stranger Tides is my favorite of the lot.
