The YouTube Dislikes, restore my faith in humanity!

It warms my soul. I snuggle with them at night. You start to lose faith, then this trailer comes out & BAM!!!! Out of everywhere, people (women, small children, dogs, cats, and even those pesky men) have voiced their opinion, stood up & said "NO! I DO NOT LIKE THIS!!!" The new trailer is already disliked more than double the likes.

And it just makes it all worthwhile!

People are getting smarter now, tired of garbage remakes / reboots and all that stuff

Predator, I know (like me) you're snuggling and getting warmed hearted over the disdain for this tripe. I see your handiwork here, & I like it!

Yeah i'm a big ghostbusters fan, i love the first movie, like the second and the animated tv show and i feel like this is a big insult to the fans.

Paul Feig insulted us, i hope this garbage flops hard.

We all need to boycott pal...

Remakes/Reboots haven't really done so well for a while now.

Robocop failed, Dredd failed, Conan failed, Hercules failed, Total Recall failed, Amazing Spider-Man failed.

All of those were designed in the hopes to be franchises too.

Final, got a question for you.

I've only seen the Robocop, and Total Recall reboot on your list. Robocop was utterly forgettable (& I'm not really a fan of the original). I actually thought Total Recall was ok. (Did you watch any of those in your list & what do you think).

But my real question is: Do you feel like any of those, were deliberately telling their fans to F..k off like this one is? (I never understood why they even tried Dredd again, Stallone's Dredd was a huge flop too).

The interesting thing about the original Robocop, is it's almost more like a South Park episode where there is a ton of satire and hidden commentary throughout the film about society in general. (It's one of the brilliant things about the movie). That and the fact that Robocop will shoot a rapist in the nads.

Sorry for the late reply, but in answer to your question, Robocop I do feel was remade as a big F* you to the fans because it strayed so far from the source. Amazing Spider-Man I'm on the fence about, they went with a different direction for Spider-Man/Peter which was good but the whole secret agent thing was terrible. Total Recall I doubt was designed to F* with the fans, but they tried throwing in too much modern bs to make it work, that and Colin Farrell. Dredd, they were trying to make it more like the comic. Some people really like the new one.
