Are The Strangers siblings you think?

What do you guys think are they siblings? Are they just 3 friends who are nuts and decided to start killing people? Are they 3 people who escaped a mental institution?

Personally i always got the vibe they was siblings, cause it seems weird 1 guy would be that close with 2 girls without being related.

I thought maybe just strangers who happened to meet at some point. Maybe the man had a sister wives things going with the girls? Maybe there's actually a large cult group and the members take turns wearing the masks and killing people?
