Does your society have any other adjectives besides "great"?
A lot of the teen movies in the 80s. While they may have had romance or sex subplots they weren't so monomaniacally focused on sex as something like Easy A or American Pie seems to be.
Ferris Bueller's Day Off is a good example. While there's some references to sex in it the film is mainly about blowing off school and having a good time with your friends. Similarly The Breakfast Club has sex/romance subplots and references but is really about different social groups getting to know each other.

Stewart's character has an affair with a married man.
Totally forgot about that. But still the movie is more about Jesse Eisenberg's character. And the film is more about that summer after graduation rather than him trying to get laid.
And at once I knew I was not magnificent.
