shareIt is huge news. Biggest ever attendance at a Euros final men or women. England finally winning a tournament after 56 years of failed attempts men or women. A team that not only didn't choke but managed the game well against a formidable opponent who are serial winners in this tournament. A manager who has been as tactically brilliant as any man or woman in the game. The womens Euros has gripped the nation and it can only get bigger from here on in this country.
share@wearsalan Well said. There was even a peak audience of 17.4 million that watched last night's final, making it the most-watched women's football game on UK television. Definitely feel a change. So proud of our Lionesses. Let's hope our boys can do the same in December. They have the right frame of mind and work so well as a team now. :-)
