but if you watch the trailer, you get a total dune vibe... not to mention the obvious ornithopters flying shooting stuff.
im not even a dune fan but, wow, this was on the nose.
I've noticed the production values and effects are pretty decent in these indian things, at about 1/4 the budget too. kind of amazing.
yeah it's a good point.. i'm thinking it must be basically entirely related to salaries... union negotiated hours/wages for crew members and pay based on actor celebrity π€.. because otherwise others have the equipment computers and software. and skill... having industry based in california has its costs
