A lot more often that you think ... you see movies and routinely they knock out people by bonking them on the head. People die from that. Sonny Bono and then Lian Neeson's wife got bumps on their heads and died. Trauma, damage and death is a lot more likely that just taking a snooze for a few minutes. But, they probably do not bleed from the ear like that very often.

First of all, we have no idea about the past/present of the russian. If he was involved with the russian mob, we can assume that he took some punches in his life, so a heavy punch by our Terry Crews would had mess with his head, who we assume that was already in some condition. Having just recovered from a severe concussion, I would give that a definite YES!!! It took me 12 weeks to recover. I took a bad fall and cracked my skull. I suffered headaches, blurred vision in my left eye (still not fully recovered), memory loss, and slurred speech, not to mention the problems I had focusing in gedneral. This all happened on September 23, 2013. I have such a respect for all the concussions that athletes suffer. But I may add... I wasn't wearing head ANY protection!
