shareFrom what I've observed, they're the right fleas for the right dog.
shareTrue,Snyder fans are a cult
shareCheck this fat moron out

I wouldn't.
Let's just pretend his fanboys WEREN'T annoying idiots with zero taste who badmouthed the beloved Christopher Reeve Superman AND cheered on the godwful casting of Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor ('c'mon, give him a CHANCE! Remember HEATH LEDGER?!? You haters will be proven wrong!!").
Just pretend they were perfectly nice and decent fans on the internet who understood and respected the true Superman we know and love, and who simply didn't realize Snyder's DC films would be awful trash.
Even if that were the case, it doesn't change the fact that ALL THREE of Synder's DC films royally screwed everything good about DC.
Under NO circumstances should Snyder ever get another change to give us his "vision" for that world.
Eisenberg's Lex is definitely a strange and a-typical creation, but I don't hate it. Is it the character from the comics or even from the other movies? Obviously not. But judged as its own thing, I don't mind it.
shareEh, I could make that case for Michelle Pfeiffer's Catwoman.
But Eisenberg's Lex? That's more in the same camp as Mike Myers Cat in the Hat
Well I thought that Michelle Pfeiffer as Catwoman was fucking AMAZING.
I actually am watching the BvS: Ultimate Edition right now--I had only seen the theatrical cut previously--and I really don't mind Jesse in the film. Maybe that's because I'm not caught up with thinking of him as "Lex Luthor." I think subconsiously I'm thinking of him more as Lex Luthor's son, especially since he says something early in the movie like, "My dad's the one who founded the company."
