I’m giving up. Its so boring that its impossible to watch

5 episodes and I cant take it anymore. And I cant believe they would do that when people actually waited for this show with enthusiasm because it is the first modern Star Trek show that had potential to look like old ones, real ones. Because Discovery and Picard failed at that.

And Anson Mount was so cool and interesting in Discovery. We were waiting for cool adventures, Star Trek style. And here it finally aired and its so freaking BORING. I dont care about anything that is happening, any of the character. They walk and talk but there is nothing inside them. Some things happening but you dont care about outcome and source of problems.

Its so flat that I cant believe but I think I will give up after 5 episodes. I just turned it off 30 minutes in when I understood that I have zero interest in what is happening on screen and just waste my time.

Its not bad, annoying or superwoke. Its just BORING.

Some of the pacing seems a bit flat, but overall I think it's really good.

And a big improvement on the Discovery and Picard crap which are the ultimate triumph of style over substance.

I agree. This show has been pretty good. Discovery and Picard are total crap. They shouldn't even be considered Star Trek.

But Tyler, they're made by the same cunthead, Kurtzman. NOTHING he does is any good, in my experience.

It started out weak, but the last 3 episodes of The Orville have been great.

Yes. Its a good show. Best Start Trek show that is not in the name.
