SPOILER!!!
all of the characters made stupid decisions throughout the movie, so i hold the writer and director responsible. i did want her to die, but it had little to do with her voice or terrible acting (i expected the terrible acting and could look past it). where she really got to me was when she insisted on staying at the funeral home stating that it was her turn to take something from chrome skull and trying to convince the geeky guy that they would be all right. she ran into the barn and then didn't have the balls to attack him. just did something funky with the knife and screamed a lot. most of the times, in movies, this is the point when the main character gets aggressive and starts fighting back. she actually never did until he was on the floor and already dead. stupid character... stupid writing.
and yes, she was stupid and put all of the other characters in harms way for nothing. she never accomplished anything... never got the batteries, the video showed him using his password on the phone and she didn't even have sense to use that! and why the hell would the killer send her into a store to get a video tape??? he should have been stocked up on them at the funeral home. stupid decisions all around.

It didn't actually show him entering his password, but writing out a message for the funeral director.

agree here. my god she was a dumb bitch. i spend 3/4 of this movie praying it would just end and she would die.
as others have said, i gave it a 2/10, 1 for casting Lena Heady, the only descent actor in it and another point coz of the amazing special effects.
He should of told his wife to give up her acting career, its not going anywhere dear.
i just couldnt believe how damn STUPID they wrote her character. my god.
