Don't buy the MSNBC type spin on any other commentary, fake article. He's proud of Iron Man and Iron Man 2 and rightfully so. Both films were the best of each summer that they were released and he fully admits that Tony Stark is probably the best character he's ever played. The above article mentions how much he enjoyed doing Kiss Kiss Bang Bang with Shane Black and looks forward to delivering ANOTHER great Iron Man film making him a PERFECT three for three with the character.

What's not to be proud of? RDJr has delivered two of the best films this genre has ever seen with the king coming next year. That's enough of a career right there let alone his other fine work.

There's nothing classic about either film honestly. Although IM1 was a good, IM2 was forgettable. One of the most unmemorable films of 2010.

RDJ knows his stuff. Sherlock Holmes A Game of Shadows is another gem on his resume. IM2 is as good as any film in the genre.

If a fine 8/10 film hits below what people are expecting then that's their problem and their own shortcomings, not the movie itself. A lot to be proud of with this fine film.

Iron Man set a standard. So people had expectations. Iron Man 2 is far below the first movie's standards. So it's the fault of the people who made this movie for not delivering the same standard again, or an even better one.

iron man 2, spiderman 3, and men in black 3 are 3 of the worst sequels but he isn't stupid and won't complain about his paycheck like other actors
