shareYeah, you pretty much get a picture of how Leslye Headland sees Jedi and men in general, and tries to put them down so the girls all look good by comparison. It's very insulting and a big fat lie.
It's particularly insulting when you hear that they were called "redshirts" in the script (and many of them died in the show, unsurprisingly), one of them died far too easily at the hand of a crappy assassin girl, and they called the uniforms the Jedi wore in the show, "piss suits," because many of them were yellow and brown, rather than brown and cream like in the prequels.
