I mean... it's unsettling just watching him. His face is full of gross stuff and pimples and whatever...also his arms and pretty much his whole body is like SO gross... like he was inside the messed up nuclear core in chernobyl or something... Also he's fat and has man-tits.

you are right, he has birthmarks or whatever all over his body. the one thing he does like to do in all his movies is get nude. rememeber that scene in Knocked Up, he is completely nude holding his johnson. hey, he gets to kiss many pretty girls just the same. good for him.

Jason is a real man who is comfortable in his body and as a woman that is sexier than anything. He is not fat he is tall and husky which is what a lot of great catch's look like. Personally I find him very attractive! He's funny, he's talented, he seems genuine and really down to earth, he seems like the kind of guy I would enjoy spending time with! I can't picture myself having a great conversation with some typical pretty boy! I also happen to find him good looking as well which is a plus but his over all attractiveness is achieved through his personality which is the most important part of a person!

Personally, I thought he was very unattractive in this movie, but to me looks aren't enough for me to find someone attractive. Someone could be the hottest person on earth, but if they were annoying, unintelligent, had no sense of humour, shallow, etc., I would have absolutely NO interest. Looks just aren't enough for me.
I didn't find Jason attractive at all in this or Forgetting Sarah Marshall (Russell stole the show there), but it's because the character was an annoying pushover, which is very unattractive in itself. However, I did think he was much more attractive in Knocked Up and Bad Teacher. His character was confident and cheeky, which is attractive. He was also very attractive albeit almost unrecognisable, looks wise, in Dead Man on Campus where he played the main character's overly aggressive room-mate.
