one of the worst movies i ever saw and they should have named it Aron cross or some other because you can't use word bourne without Matt Damon .. he is like a legend actually !!

With Damon's Jason Bourne opening to a lousy 60 million, his adoring fans certainly didn't turn out to push the film to a 70-80million weekend. It would strongly suggest the film will not have any real legs over time. And with Suicide Squad opening the first week in August, expect Damon to fall at least 50%. Squad is tracking to yield 100m+ for 3 days.
(Damon also recieved a hefty 26 million upfront to return and most likely is a profit participant. Greengrass isn't cheap either)
While Renner isn't to your liking, The Ludlum estate approved his casting for Legacy and if Damon wasn't mentioned every two secs, the film might have performed better at the box office.

Yes, I agree. Too much long. Too much rhetorical. No rythm at all. From my point of view, rythm is the most important value in the Bourne saga. And being a good writer doesn't mean necessarily to be a good director.
