That caught my attention as well. He looked like a 13 year old and sounded like he was six.

shareAgreed. The actor should be around 16 now, yet he still sounds like he's 10, though there's some scenes where his voice is breaking. Unless he's like Ralph Machio or Wayne Newton, they probably deepfaked his voice in post to make him sound younger.
If so, I can't understand why they'd do that. Just let him sound like a teen.
