British people do not pronounce the word twat like pot. It's twat as in cat.

Odd seeing as the American pronounced it like cat within a few seconds of Karl.

Also, whilst we're here. It's "mind your own business". Not "mind your business".

And it's "I couldn't care less". Not "I could care less".

My bigger complaint was when he said 'I lost my bottle and popped you' when explaining why he punched Hughie.

But 'losing your bottle' means losing your nerve so it doesn't make any sense.

Yes, I know what colloquial speech is. I just found it odd seeing as I've literally never heard anyone use that pronunciation.

But yeah, Americans can be pretty ignorant now that you mention it.
