Let's get this straight. Haller won't breach attorney-client privilege, but he will frame his client and arrange for bikies to bash him.
I don't think attorney-client privilege would even apply as the murder confession is not part of a formal interview and relates to a different case.
Anyway, once he has a conflict with his client Haller should quit the case. It's unethical for him to continue with it.
