I was so disappointed when the predator in this movie turned out to be "same old, same old" (I had no idea) that I was not unhappy to turn away from it for my local weather, to be followed by the late night comics. Now that's a better use of my viewing time than this awful, though sometimes laughable, horrorl

I usually give things 30 minutes before skipping a head to the end.
So yeah. 20 40 minutes and I moved on.
Feels like many modern movies lack the GRAB. I want to be grabbed, held, perplexed and excited to keep going.
Don't need any long beautiful location shots, no boring back story that doesn't really affect character or plot, or DEI check boxes.

When a skinny little girl with no training beat up a group of men twice her size.

Yet in another scene, one of her own people puts her down with a simple slap.

It was absolute BS.

The concept of an alien coming to earth to hunt humans is more believable than that scene.
